Hey there all you developer types! The Plantronics Developer Connection is a sponsor of two Anglehack hackathons which are coming up in May! We are super excited about this and we hope to see you there! Why would you go to an Angelhack hackathon? Angelhack puts it quite nicely when they say that developers should attend their hackathon so “they can learn developer tools, meet new friends, and receive funding and mentorship for their startup ideas”.
Of course, at the hackathons there are all sorts of prizes and goodies you can win too. For example, the Plantronics Developer Connection is bringing a bunch of headsets to give away, but the main prize y’all will be shooting for is from Anglehack. According to the Angelhack website, “Winners from every city are put through the AngelHack Accelerator Program, where we mentor them for 12 weeks before bringing them out to Silicon Valley to raise investment and introduce them to incubators.” For those of you looking to accelerate your start-up, this is a great opportunity!
